I am a mother of 2 amazing boys. I am a busy working mom with a fantastic attitude toward investing in real estate! I have bought and sold many properties over the last decade. I have years of experience in dealing with all types of real estate and mortgage financing situations. I relate to the first time homebuyer, the second home buyer AND the investor. I have been a revenue property owner for years with every tenant experience imaginable. I am also a homeowner and know there is nothing more satisfying then having pride of ownership with owning my own home. The quickest way to build wealth is by owning real estate. I believe the best decision a person can make is from buying their first home. It can only get better from there!
