John Ribalkin

After working in the field of finance since 1972, and being a Mortgage Broker since 1977, I decided, in March 1985, to start Nova Financial Services Inc. and subsequently we joined The Verico Group in November 2006.

Integrity in mortgage consulting has always been important to me and because of this I became one of the Founding Members of the Mortgage Brokers Association of British Columbia (MBABC) and a Charter Member of the Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers & Lenders (CIMBL) now called the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP). In recognition of my contribution to both associations and to the mortgage industry as a whole;

• I was one of the initial inductees into the Canadian Mortgage Hall of Fame by CIMBL (2004); and
• I was the initial recipient of the Pioneer Award (Lifetime Membership) from MBABC (2005).

My Mission is simple - to use my over 41 years of knowledge , my lender contacts and my expertise in mortgage lending to deliver the very best in mortgage advice and financing to my clients.
