Conditional Offer -

An offer to purchase a home provided certain conditions, agreed upon by both buyer and seller, are met within an agreed upon time frame. Such conditions typically include completion of a home inspection, the buyer's ability to secure financing, and the sale of the buyer's current home. Once the conditions are met, the contract becomes binding and the buyer is then obligated to purchase the property; if the conditions aren't satisfied, the buyer is not obligated to buy.
