1This is my new blog!Mortgage rates are at an all time low and lenders are very competitive when going after new business.when seeking a new mortgage or renewing an existing mortgage shop around.
most consumers just sign the renewal that their current lender mails out to them and miss out on obtaining a lower rate.
I reccommend that you check with your own lender and then call a licensed mortgage broker before signing any renewal forms.
There is usually a lender offering a lower rate.
my other reccomendation is consider a 10 year term at todays rate this is a very attractive option.
