In these uncertain times where everyone is trying to social distance I'm trying to work from home as much as possible.  I'm very lucky to have a job that if you the client has a cell phone or a computer we can send documents back and forth quite easily.  If for some reason you can't scan and email documents we can arrange pick up/drop off in Dawson Creek, Grande Prairie, and Fort St John.

If you are working with a Realtor and don't have a scanner most won't mind scanning your documents for you and emailing on your behalf.  We are all bound by the privacy laws in place so your information would be handled confidentially.
