Dave Carlson

I am born and raised in Winnipeg but with a great deal of rural exposure.  Our family had a second home in Dominion City, Manitoba and have spent a great deal of time there. 

A quick list of what I have done and what I do :

- Graduate of Red River College - Commerce Industry Sales & Marketing.

- Volunteer Fire Fighter with Emerson Franklin Emergency Services.

- Executive Member of the Royal Canadian Legion. 

- Board Member with the Sturgeon Foundation

- Play Baseball, hockey, curling,  and I do my best to golf (usually off the fairway)!

Before joing the mortgage industry I had spent the past 17 years in various corporate  sales account postitions working for a variety of international and local companies.   

I have been a Mortgage Professional for over 5 years exerience.  I love what I do and helping my clients purchase their first home, upgrading to a new home or whatever their mortgage needs are I really enjoy helping them realize their dreams of home ownership. 

My goals with my clients are very simple :
