Hi, I'm Terri. I grew up in the North Rolla/Doe River area near Dawson Creek, BC and now live in Grande Prairie, AB. I've lived in the areas around the Peace such as Grande Prairie, Fort St John, and Charlie Lake. I've also lived further away in Edson & Lethbridge area. I'm a wife, a Mom, a Grandma......, and family is important to me. I love to travel and explore, volunteer in my community, read whenever I can, and just be with my family or friends enjoying life.

I have over 20 years of accounting experience, 6 years of being a Realtor in BC and have purchased 7 homes over the last 20+ years so I do know the process of buying & selling & packing those boxes! I've been a mortgage broker since October 2015 and have helped numerous families become homeowners, assist with refinancing and obtain reverse mortgages.

I focus on customer service and getting the best results for my clients. I want you to feel I have your best interests at heart and that my work ethic is honest and done with integrity. I want you to be able to shop for a home with confidence, write an offer and know you are in good hands! 

I love working with first time homebuyers, families looking for their next home and seniors that are down sizing or maybe looking for a reverse mortgage to be able to stay in their current home.

Refinancing is another area of expertise that I love sharing ideas and solutions. Using the equity in your home may help lower your overall monthly payments while paying out higher interest debt or perhaps allow you to start your rental portfolio by accessing the equity you have in your current home to purchase your next home.

Self-employed? This is may be a little more challenging but there are solutions for those that are business for self sole proprietor or have incorporated their company. I can walk you through what documentation we would need to back up your personal income.

Sometimes life happens - divorce, passing of a loved one - I can help in these situations as well. Starting over can be stressful, I'm here to make it a little easier, reach out if you need some guidance.

RATES! Everyone wants the best rate but sometimes it's about more than just the rate. I always listen to my clients, ask questions then find you the best product AND the best rate to fit your specific needs and qualifying goals. The lowest interest rates sometimes has restrictions so we'll go over your options and your possible future needs for example being able to port, early prepayment terms, are there higher penalties for adjustments or paying out mortgage early. When you get your mortgage in place we want you to feel that you've made an educated decision. We can't predict the future and sometimes life just happens and a quick change maybe needed before your term is up causing you to sell your home, refinance, or possibly port existing mortgage to a new home.
