If you see a lower rate advertised please let me know! I offer very competitive rates but sometimes there is a better rate out there. The catch is, do you qualify for it? Just because it’s offered it doesn’t mean you would automatically get that rate if you switch lenders. Rates vary depending on how much of a down payment you have, your credit score, whether you get an insured or a conventional mortgage, and also the term you take it out for.
