A Little About Me

I’m Coleman Foisy, a Mortgage Broker with over 12 years of experience in the financial services and mortgage industry. As a speciliast in mortgages, I focus on mortgage strategy, underwriting, and finding solutions for even the most complex mortgage scenarios.

From the initial application and document collection through lender submissions, underwriting, approval, and funding, I work behind the scenes to keep everything moving smoothly. I take pride in finding solutions, paying attention to the details, and helping make the mortgage process as straightforward and stress-free as possible for my clients.

Outside of work, I’m a passionate hockey fan and proud Canucks supporter (although difficult at times). I still enjoy playing hockey and volunteering in the minor hockey community. When I’m not at the rink, there’s a good chance you’ll find me on the golf course - I play as much as I can! I also love taking my Australian Shepherd, Poppy, to the park and working on teaching her new tricks.

I feel incredibly lucky to call the Fraser Valley home. Between the beautiful scenery, amazing communities, and endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, I genuinely think we’re some of the luckiest people on the planet to live here. There’s nowhere else I’d rather be!
