Heather has been a Mortgage Agent for 17 years this year with 12 of those being with Mortgage Wellness.

Her analytical nature along with her solution mindset and resourcefulness allow her to evaluate situations from different perspectives and identify solutions to potential challenges. Adding that to strong underwriting skills means your pre-approvals are more solid before you begin looking at homes. Crunching #’s, providing solutions and helping people are passions of hers! Communication and education are prioritized with her clients so that they are informed and in the best place possible to make some of the biggest financial decisions. Knowing your #’s gives you confidence and peace of mind.

Being a Realtor for the last few years, she knows that Realtors need a trusting, responsive and resourceful agent working alongside them. Having previous experience as a Property Analyst with a commercial real estate company, house flipping, home renovations, and rental properties give Heather 20 years experience in the industry. This allows her to offer exceptional and well-rounded services to her clients.

Heather started in business at just 21 years of age. She had 2 gas stations with convenience stores and was an emergency operator for the company. She was the youngest operator in the company and sat on the panel representing Northern Ontario. She was the trouble-shooting go-to person for other station owners across the province.

Heather loves to give back to the community and seeing people succeed. She was a volunteer at her children’s schools and managed her twin boys basketball REP team while also sitting on the clubs board as the Director of Media Relations. Heather is a dedicated and loving wife and a proud mother to three children. When she isn’t busy crunching numbers and finding the perfect mortgage solution, you might find her on the dock, at the lake, taking in the beauty of Georgian Bay, working on her own home, engaged in some podcasts, and spending good quality and fun times with family and friends. Of course, with a glass of wine!
