Louise Mason

I became a mortgage broker after many years working in the not-for-profit sector, raising crucial funds for organizations in my community. My goal has always been to help people, and charitable work allowed me to focus on that goal.

After I had my second child, I was ready for a new challenge. My core values had not changed - I still wanted to help people.

I have always been passionate about finance. I enjoy creating budgets for friends and keeping my families finances in order. The process of purchasing our first home opened my mind to a career as a mortgage broker. I could combine my love of finance with helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership and financial freedom. 

The learning curve was steep, but my dedication and the support of a great brokerage helped me face the challenge. I feel incredibly lucky to work in a field that allows me to share my passion and help other achieve their dreams. 

The best part about this job is having the privilege of hearing about, and being part of my clients dreams and goals. Buying their first home, taking out equity to do a kitchen overhaul, or getting into real estate investing. Mortgages are tough these days, but they don't have to be with a broker by your side.
