Sydney Anderson

Sydney was born and raised on an acreage just outside of Kimberley, BC. After graduating high school in Kimberley, she completed two academic degrees, including a masters degree that gave her the opportunity to travel, work, and live in cities all over the world. After a great many adventures, she returned home to the Kootenays in 2021.

Sydney has worked in every facet of the mortgage industry from providing mortgage and lending advice for the big banks, to underwriting and issuing mortgage approval decisions for non-bank lenders. Her background gives her unique insight into how to creatively structure deals to obtain clean approvals for all kinds of client circumstances.

She currently works out of Cranbrook, BC. In her free time she can be found hiking her way through the Rocky Mountains with her dog Nelly or having a ball at local shows and events.
