Rose started her career as a mortgage agent in 2010 and is passionate about helping clients, especially first-time homebuyers. She focuses on educating them by guiding them step-by-step through the home-buying process. Rose always puts the client first by providing the best mortgage options based on their needs, ensuring full transparency with the numbers. This helps her clients feel confident and have a positive experience when purchasing their first home.

In addition to helping with home purchases, Rose is experienced in refinancing, renewals, reverse mortgages, private mortgages, debt consolidation, mortgages for self-employed individuals, and investment property solutions. She can also assist with out-of-province purchases.

Rose is dedicated to helping the Filipino community. She organizes events like Taste of Manila to promote Filipino culture and bring people together. Through these events, she also helps small Filipino businesses grow and succeed.
