Our service is FREE (O.A.C.) for mortgage placement (we are paid a fee by the lender upon the funding of the mortgage). Fees may be applicable for other financing vehicles arranged, e.g. consolidation loans or other credit facilities, but any fees would be disclosed in full to you before you commit to the financing.
