I’ve spent my career helping people make sense of mortgage decisions and feel confident about the financing behind their home. Whether someone is buying, refinancing, or renewing, I believe good advice starts with taking the time to understand their situation and explaining the options clearly.
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients at every stage of homeownership—from first-time buyers purchasing a small condo to homeowners refinancing, moving up, or building long-term wealth through investment properties. A large part of my work involves helping people use their home equity more effectively, whether that’s for renovations, adding rental space, or simplifying debt to improve monthly cash flow and reduce long-term interest costs.
I bring approximately 15 years of experience in finance, including time spent in banking and agricultural finance. That background gave me a strong foundation in how lenders assess risk and income, which helps me structure residential financing that actually fits real life, not just what looks good on paper.
I've also worked with many self-employed clients and understand how challenging the process can feel when income doesn’t fit neatly into standard categories. I help business owners and contractors understand what lenders are really looking for and how to prepare, so there are fewer surprises along the way.
