Lisa is incredible! this is our 2nd time working with her. First time was when we purchased our new home 5 years ago and just recently with our renewal at the end of May 2020. As you can imagine it was a trying time and my husband did not have a job in the weeks coming into our renewal but Lisa worked with us and advocated for us to the lender we had decided to move forward with months prior ( when my husband still had his job). she continued to assure us, no matter the circumstances we would get the paper work completed in the best way that made sense for us. she was patient with all our questions and answered every single one in simple terms.
