Janine Veenendaal

I’m Janine Veenendaal, a Mortgage Broker who believes this business is about so much more than rates and paperwork. It’s about people — your families, your pets, your dreams, and even the chaos that comes with it all. When you work with me, you’re not just getting a broker — you’re gaining a teammate who’s in it with you from start to finish.

I care deeply about your kids (who are always welcome in my office), about your good days and bad days, about your “we’re finally doing this!” tears and your “this is overwhelming” moments. There’s always a box of tissues on my desk — for happy tears, sad tears, and everything in between.

I know what it’s like to juggle it all — I’m a mom of two busy kiddos with an incredible support system of parents, in-laws, and a husband who keeps our world spinning. It truly takes an army, and if you don’t have one, don’t worry — you’ve got me.

A little about me outside the office:

I grew up playing travel hockey and have hopes to get back into it!

Competed in swimming competitions

Played multiple instruments throughout grade school and highschool (though I couldn’t hum a tune to save my life now!)

Class Victorian and drama student until high school. (I actually love public speaking now as an adult)

I have a background in customer service, marketing and accounting — a blend that helps me understand both people and numbers.
