Janine is Amazing! I am a single mom on a single income and thought I was trapped in my first starter home forever which we had long since outgrown! I was desperate for a bigger space but with the cost of housing I never thought I would ever be approved! I reached out to my bank who told me not a chance. I reached out to other brokers who said I would have to pay off debts first before they would look into it.
