Whether you're purchasing your first home, refinancing, consolidating debt, investing in real estate, or exploring private financing options, I have access to hundreds of mortgage products through banks, credit unions, trust companies, alternative lenders, and private lenders.

Too often, I see homebuyers receive a bank pre-approval only to discover later that they don't qualify for the financing they expected. Outside of my mortgage career, I am passionate about animal welfare. I am the founder of Hearts 4 Paws Senior Cat Rescue, a local rescue dedicated to helping senior and special-needs cats find loving homes. We are proud to partner with The Alley Cat Café and Feed All Pet Centre, whose support helps our rescue cats thrive while they wait for adoption.

Giving back to the community is important to me. That's why a portion of every mortgage commission I earn is donated directly to the rescue.
